Does your mortgage advisor spend the time to advise you?

Most mortgage advisors are limited to the amount of time they can spend with a client - but not us!

What’s the difference between an average advisor and a great advisor?

If you are speaking to a mortgage advisor you are probably looking for help and advice on what type of mortgage suits your needs best and which lender will offer you the best deal.

Unfortunately, not all advisors will give you sufficient time to do the job thoroughly.  Advisors may have their diaries filled for them and are only allocated an hour slot before they have to move on to the next.  But one hour is not always long enough, what if you have questions and there isn’t time to ask them?

Some advisors send out a document called a fact find for the client to fill out themselves instead of having a discussion about it.  How will the advisor get all the relevant small details and get to know you?

Building a relationship and trusting your advisor takes time. As it says on our office wall, “nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care”.

Here at Excel we always put the client first.  We are not limited to time slots for meetings, we can meet you in person in our office or at your home, via video chats online or by telephone.  We ensure that we look after your individual needs and requirements and will never ask you to fill in your own fact find!!

Taking the time to really understand your individual circumstances is very important to us, as without that how would we know what’s best advice for you?
